The premises operate a Grade A L2 fire alarm system to BS 5839-1:2017, extending to communal areas and sleeping rooms.
Our inspection verified the system’s coverage, zoning, and call-point locations, ensuring effective early warning throughout the building.

Confirmed operational and compliant with BS 5266-1, ensuring all escape routes remain illuminated for at least three hours during power loss.

Checked for accessibility, placement, and maintenance compliance with BS 5306-8:2012. Missing or obstructed extinguishers were flagged for immediate repositioning, and signage was recommended where absent.

staff training procedures are maintained and regularly reviewed in line with Article 21 of the Fire
Safety Order.

Spycon Security Ltd was appointed to carry out a full Fire Risk Assessment and Fire Safety Management Review at a seven-storey commercial property located at 139 Cromwell Road, London (SW7 4DX). The assessment was completed by our Fire Safety Manager (Technician Grade), Mr. Zain Saqib (IFSM Reg. No. 7221), in accordance with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, PAS 79-1:2020, and all relevant British Standards.

Our fire safety team conducted a comprehensive inspection of all accessible areas, including the basement, plant areas, corridors, guest rooms, and escape routes, focusing on prevention, early detection, and protection measures to minimize fire risk and safeguard occupants.
